The highly successful annual ITF
Road Transport Action Day Campaign, which has been organised
since 1997 under the slogan "Fatigue Kills!" will
be expanded into an Action Week for the first time in 2005.
The last day of February each year -
the 28th or 29th, depending on the year - when unions and campaigners
highlight the work hazards that cause strain injuries, undertake
workplace activities on strains prevention and press for preventive
action by employers and governments.
