Cronies,
I had a promise from Lord Mckenzie to meet with me on safety issues offshore, some operators are getting away with murder, evidence submitted to his DWP via a select comiittee was not used at a Fatal accident inquiry, evidence that would of effected the result of a prosecution were the operator was fined for kiling 2 workers offshore, evidence that proved non compliance not only on the part of the offshore operator;but also the HSE, who do we go to then, who prosecutes the government depts?
This evidence is in the public domain, but definatly not been aired publicly,
this evidence proves falsified certificates of conformity, unauthorised repairs to pipework, overides on fire & Gas detection unit etc etc etc.
take a look:
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200708/cmselect/cmworpen/246/246we19.htm
The same will come from the investigations and prosecutions re Deepwater Horizon,
The Cronies will support each other and there organisations because they know there just as guilty.

First, corporations do not like to fight each other because they may need each other on other matters. Second, hey also have exposable skeletons in their own closets. Third, they do not have to initiate a business war of retaliation. Fourth, they do not want to give their traditional labor, environmental and consumer adversaries cause to strengthen their own power by, in effect, siding with these groups’ traditional causes.

At a meeting with Lord Mckenzie at DWP in London attended by several FACK members to discuss the necessity for individual legal duties on directors,Hilda Palmer of FACK and Manchester Hazards Centre raised the issue of Lord Browne's culpability in these serious incidents
Lord McKenzie took strong umbridge saying that Lord Browne was an honourable and personal friend
That is the problem isn't it? Those bosses who ignore the safety of employees and those who should take action to bring them to justice dine at the same table and are members of the same club
As long as the British public are prepared to let their friends and relatives be killed by these people nothing will be done
Wnen are the unions going to get together and call a national strike on this issue?
