There are no lengths to which these morons will not go to deny workers their basic rights . During my time in the Construction Industry, that was before we had any Health & Safety legislation, I found that these Companies had no one with the competence to listen to the genuine grievances of workers, to determine the legitimacy of those grievances and to work together towards a solution. It was far easier to sack and blacklist and it seems that nothing has changed. I trust that the Court will recognise the shortcomings of Management. Good luck Steve, I'll be rooting for you.

Please explain to me why this Power Station is still running?
Are the employees working there not aware of this situation or, if they are, why do they not walk out in support?
Perhaps, what is needed is better use of mobile telephones and the web to escalate this dispute, along the lines that the Lindsey Oil Refinery dispute was organised.
Is it not about time that we started to bring our methods of communicating with each other into the Twenty First Century.
